Read the Terms and Conditions Carefully before proceeding for Booking.
DEPOSITS : In order to secure service for your date minimum 25% non refundable deposit to be paid. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before your event date. If no payment is received, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
TRAVEL CHARGES : Outside UAE : Minimum amount for booking outside UAE is AED 5000 per event
+ Airfare (3 Tickets) + STAY - 5 or 7 Star Hotel only including In-room dining + TRANSPORTATION - Pickup & Drop from the Hotel to the Venue.
BOOKING EVENT TIMING : A Start and end time will be agreed by Client and Athiya MUA. Each makeover timeframe is approximately 120 mins to 180 mins per person. Any additional makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All Persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. Waiting charge will be applied if the artist is made to wait for more than the time needed.
LIABILITY : Any Skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and if needed, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin(hand) to test reaction. Client agree to release the makeup artist, athiya MUA, from liablity for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
COVID - 19 : To protect ourself from COVID-19 we strictly recommend Bride to arrange a sperate room for makeover and avoid group activities in that room. If due to lockdown by the goverment or due to any pandemic situation Bride Over is unavailble to provide the committed service, client can either choose to transfer our booking to any of her event or transfer to any of her friends and relatives.
CANCELLATION : If the clients cancels the project. Client will lose the deposit paid to Bride Over. Booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist arrives for the appointment. If Athiya MUA can no longer perform services for any reason, she will provide a recommendation for a replacement makeup artist or if the client doesnt agree for the replacement the amount paid will be refunded.
